Cement clinker properties

Cement clinker is a semi-finished product made from limestone, clay and iron as the main raw materials and prepared in proper proportion into raw materials, which are burnt until partially or completely melted and then cooled.In the cement industry, the most commonly used Portland cement clinker is mainly composed of calcium oxide, silica and a small amount of aluminum oxide and iron oxide.The main minerals are tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and tetracalcium ferroaluminate.Portland cement clinker add appropriate amount of gypsum together after grinding, namely into Portland cement.General clinker (particle size 5~10mm, powder) is 1.2~1.4 tons/m3.For the screw ship unloader, the poor fluidity of clinker, grinding strong, on the ship unloader wear resistance, reliability requirements are very strict.
